Our minimum driver qualifications
are as follows:
—One year over-the-road experience
—At least 23 years old
—No more than 3 incidents on MVR in past 3 years
—HazMat endorsement.

Our pay rates
are as follows:
Solo pay:
—38 cents per mile to start.
—Additional 2 cents per mile performance bonus for 3000+ miles a week.
Team pay:
—43 cents per mile (split)
—Additional 2 cents per mile performance bonus for 5000+ miles per week (split).

MDS provides various benefits
such as:
—401K after one year of employment
—One week of vacation after one year of employment
—Two weeks of vacation after five years of employment
We offer medical, dental, life,
and vision insurance through Blue
Cross and Blue Shield.
MDS pays over half of the cost for this insurance, leaving
the final cost to the employee at or about $20.00 per week
for single coverage or $70.00 per week for family coverage.
Operations: Conventional
equipment (Volvo/Peterbilt) running in 48 states but most trips
are within 600 miles.
