Employee Information

Our minimum driver qualifications are as follows:
  • One year over-the-road experience
  • At least 23 years old
  • No more than 3 incidents on MVR in past 3 years
  • HazMat endorsement.
Our pay rates are as follows:

Solo pay - Dry Van and Refrigerated:
  • 33 to 36 cents per mile to start.
  • Increase to top at 38 c.p.m.
Team pay:
  • 40 cents per mile(split) to top out at 42 cents per mile(split)
Operations: Conventional equipment (2008 Freightliner/2012 Peterbilts) running in 48 states and Canada.

 MDS provides various benefits such as:
  • One week of vacation after one year of employment
  • Two weeks of vacation after five years of employment
The Driver Advantage Program is available the 1st of the month after hire date. It is a basic medical coverage plan for individual or family. This coverage ranges from $20 to $90 a week. This coverage can be offered if we have the required number of employees participating.

We offer medical, dental, and life insurance through Blue Cross and Blue Shield after 90 days of service. MDS pays the majority of the insurance, leaving the final cost to the employee.
